At Reflection Life Coaching I provide a safe and peaceful environment for clients to explore their lives and possibilities in an easy and gentle manner. Coaching is a one-on-one partnership that provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for exploration and learning.
Our focus is on the here and now and how we can improve our tomorrows. Instead of delving deep into past events and hurts, we take the lessons and learnings from them and create what it is we do want in our lives. Life Coaching assists us in moving forward in a way that is optimistic and life affirming.
In coaching we trust that the client always has the answers within themselves. By using the right questions and powerful tools, we can help you awaken to the wisdom that has always lived inside of you.

Here is a list of frequently asked questions to clear up any confusion about Life Coaching.
Q: Do Life Coaches tell you what to do?
A: No, that would be taking away the power from you, and you are the expert on yourself, as coaches we trust that you know what’s best for you. Instead, we guide you through change and explore the possibilities open to you.
Q: What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
A: Traditional Therapy is used to address and treat psychological issues; there is a lot of emphasis on the past and gaining insights from old memories, however in coaching we keep the focus on the present and are solution orientated. We acknowledge our past and respect it for giving us the experiences we needed to go through but our main focus is to create the fulfilling and meaningful life that we do want.
Q: What do you do in a coaching session?
A: Each session is tailor made for each individual, depending on each person’s need and session structure will vary accordingly. Our main aim is to give you what you need; so each session will be addressing what is most important for you. Depending on what you like to address, coaching offers a variety of tools and exercises that can help you gain knowledge and insight into your current situation.
In coaching we ask powerful questions to provoke deep thought and creative insights that assist you in your understanding. By asking meaningful questions we elicitt solutions and strategies that align with your values and priorities.
Q: How many sessions would you recommend?
A: I would recommend 6-10 sessions, depending on what you require from coaching. Sessions can be either extended or shortened for your needs.
