PART 2: THE RELEASING
Eyebrow: Right now, I choose to let go of this pattern of frustration
Side of Eye: But that seems really hard to do
Under Eye: It might even be impossible to let this go of this frustration
Under Nose: But I acknowledge that this frustration is ruining my relationships and the way I feel every day
Chin: Right now I acknowledge and accept that I've been feeling really frustrated, and I choose to feel this feeling now
Collarbone: I know that it is safe for me to feel my feelings, even the difficult and painful ones like frustration and anger
Underarm: I take a deep breath as I accept that this is how I've been feeling
Top of head: By taking this time to tap on my frustration, and acknowledge my patterns of anger and overwhelm, I feel more relaxed
Eyebrow: I choose to release and let go of this pattern of frustration right now
Side of Eye: I choose to let go of all frustration from my body right now
Under Eye: Allowing myself to relax more and more
Under Nose: Choosing to clear all of this frustration from my mind and my thinking
Chin: This is a pattern I've held onto for a long time
Collarbone: And it's time for it to go, because I value my own personal peace
Underarm: I value myself and my energy and I choose to let go of anything that is hurting that
Top of head: Right now, I choose to clear, cleanse and release this frustration from my mind, my body and my way of thinking
Eyebrow: There are a lot of people out there that deserve my frustration
Side of Eye: But I choose to let that go anyway
Under Eye: There are always going to be people that I don't click with, but I don't have to feel frustrated by them because I acknowledge my own quirks
Under Nose: There are always going to be situations that I don't like, but I don't have to control them. I allow myself to feel relaxed and calm in situations of stress
Chin: I choose to release and let go of stress and frustration now
Collarbone: I choose to do what's best for me and that is relaxing and letting go of stress and frustration
Underarm: I can still perform well in work and in my life without the pressure of stress or frustration
Top of head: Clearing this all out, even the parts of myself that still feel frustrated, I choose to clear them all out right now
Eyebrow: Even though it may seem hard to do, I choose to release this frustration now
Side of Eye: All this frustration that has been building up for years, I just let it go
Under Eye: It's time for this frustration to go, and this Tapping makes it easy
Under Nose: I take a deep breath and realise how much calmer I'm feeling since I first starting this tapping
