It seems impossible for me to let go of this need but I choose to make it easy and safe for me to let this go right now and allow myself to relax and feel calm. I chose to love and accept myself, where I am right now.

I allow myself to let go easily and naturally and I relax. In this moment I choose to change the way I'm thinking and feeling and learn to love and accept myself.

Even though it seems hard to let go of this craving for chocolate I allow myself to let this go right now and I feel safe, calm, comfortable and empowered making this choice. Underarm: If someone where to take away chocolate from me, that would make me feel sad and unsatisfied
Top of head: I've just got to have my chocolate

Eyebrow: Even though I absolutely must have my chocolate
Side of Eye: I choose to realize that this craving for chocolate is out of control
Under Eye: I haven't been able to control this craving for a long time
Under Nose: And this makes me feel like it's taken over my life
Chin: And I just don't know what to do about it. I actually don't want to do anything about it at all.
Collarbone: It's much easier to keep on eating my chocolate
Underarm: But if I do, I will still feel the same way, and right now that isn't a very good feeling
Top of head: Even though I really don't want to think about reducing the amount of chocolate I eat, I choose to know that I am strong and capable of overcoming this craving and doing what's best for me and my health.

Eyebrow: I'm worried if I cut out chocolate I won't have anything for myself
Side of Eye: Chocolate is the one that that is mine, everything else I have to share with my family/partner
Under Eye: Chocolate is the thing that makes my day better and without that I don't know what I'd do

Collarbone: I just don't want to tap on this any more, I want to eat chocolate

PART 2: The Releasing
Eyebrow: Even though I have this insatiable craving for chocolate, I realise that this is also causing me a lot of stress
Side of Eye: Because every time I do eat chocolate, I feel bad afterwards
Under Eye: I worry that I'm putting on weight, or damaging my health by eating all this chocolate
Under Nose: But when the craving hits, it's so hard to stop myself
Chin: But right now, I choose to let this craving go
Collarbone: And that seems really hard, if not impossible, to do
Underarm: But I choose to let it go anyway
Top of head: I choose to allow this craving for chocolate to disappear
Wrist: Peace
Eyebrow: This craving for chocolate has been making me so stressed and anxious
Side of Eye: And I now choose to do what's best for me and that is to let it go
Under Eye: It's easy for me to let go of this craving and I do so now
Under Nose: I allow this craving to leave my mind and body, I don't need to think about chocolate
Chin: Right now, in this moment, I choose to firmly let go of this craving for chocolate
Collarbone: And I also choose to enjoy chocolate occasionally, but I don't need to eat it every day
Underarm: This craving for chocolate doesn’t have a strong hold on me any more because I have chosen to let it go
Top of head: Now that I have decided to let go of this daily craving for chocolate it is much easier for me to stick with it. It is easy for me to make good decisions for my health

Under Nose: I am capable and able of making choices that are good for my health

Top of head: This tapping has helped me clear the need for chocolate. I choose to remember this moment and if I get a strong craving for chocolate again in the future, I know that I can tap on it and let it go, easily and naturally

Underarm: I go with the flow of life and this feels safe
