Its a pretty bold statement, but there have been many books that have changed my life. Sometimes in subtle ways, sometimes giving me a total overhaul of my belief system.
Books have a way of telling you something you need to know. Without further ado, I give you my list of books that have shaped my life and helped me grow. Loveability: Knowing How to Love and Be Loved, By Robert Holden: Every sentence in this book is worth framing. A brilliant book that will benefit every reader. I wish every parent was given this book as a manual, and for everyone looking for love, or move authentic love. I cannot recommend this book enough. Read it, read it, read it! :-) The Art Of Extreme Self Care, By Cheryl Richardson: This is the one book that I end up recommending to clients the most. There is a total misconception that Self Care is Selfish and egotistical. Not true. When we take care of our own needs we are much more likely to help others in a way that is authentic and loving. Be Happy! Release The Power Of Happiness in YOU! By Robert Holden: This book totally transformed my views on Happiness. It is unlike any other book you will read on the subject, and in my opinion, the only one you will ever have to read on it. Visualisation For Weight Loss, by Jon Gabriel: Besides being a fantastic resource on weight loss and fitness, this book also teaches the incredible benefits of visualisation and its multiple applications. This book clearly explains the science and psychology behind weight and why diets don't work. Visualisation For Weight Loss is the type of book to give you never forget because the message behind it is so profound. The Tapping Solution For Weight Loss and Body Confidence, By Jessica Ortner: Best. Book. Ever. My health dramatically changed from reading this book and applying the tapping in my every day life. It is my dream to one day work with Jessica Ortner and her brother Nick Ortner, founders of The Tapping Solution. If you struggle with weight or self-esteem, this is the perfect book for you. Offering a holistic approach to weight loss and confidence, Jessica comes from an understanding and compassionate place, offering the best weight loss advice I have ever read. The Promise Of A Pencil, By Adam Braun: This is an inspiring read of a young man wanting to create real change in the world. Adam Braun created his own charity with 93% of its profits going directly to the cause. Adam and his team have now built thousands of schools and houses in third world countries. I have given this book as a gift because it is so worth the time. Angel Numbers 101, By Doreen Virtue: I am a massive fan of Doreen Virtue. Her books have transformed me. This book is particularly interesting if you see reoccurring number sequences. For a long time I have seen the numbers 111, 222 and 444 everywhere! This little book is a fantastic reference to find the meanings from these number messages. You Can Create An Exceptional Life, By Louise L Hay and Cheryl Richardson: I loved every word of this book, with easy to apply and practical applications to creating a more positive and fulfilling life.
